Welcome to Flystanwell.com. Flystanwell.com is the website of the Stanwell Park Hang Gliding and Paragliding Club, hereby known as SPHGPC or ‘the club’. SPHGPC provides this service to you subject to the following conditions.
When you access information we provide about the sport of Hang Gliding or Paragliding it is provided as supplemental not instructional information. We provide general information without considering your particular circumstances. We frequently summarise information and make general statements. You must decide at your own risk whether what we say is applicable to you.
When you use information on linked sites or on any forum that we host, we do not prepare or endorse that information and we take no responsibility for it. The SPHGPC expects and welcomes contributions that stimulate debate and discussion. While encouraging vigorous debate, we expect all participants to treat each other with respect and courtesy.
You may contribute to the flystanwell.com online community and interactive features subject to the following terms and conditions. These conditions apply to any content contributed in any format to any platforms hosted or facilitated by the SPHGPC.
REVIEWS, COMMENTS, COMMUNICATIONS,
Flystanwell.com’s content is aimed primarily for an adult audience; children accessing the site should be supervised by an adult. You may be held legally responsible for the content you submit to flystanwell.com Online. All material published on flystanwell.com is at the SPHGPC's sole discretion. Visitors may post reviews, comments, and other content; send communications; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, seeking to endorse commercial products or activities or to solicit business, of nuisance value, inappropriate, off topic or vexatious, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam." You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a card or other content. You may not post on behalf of a suspended member. This may lead to you also having your membership locked. SPHGPC reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content, but does not regularly review posted content.
If you do post content or submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant SPHGPC a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You grant SPHGPC the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify SPHGPC or its affiliates for all claims resulting from content you supply. SPHGPC has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content. SPHGPC takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party.
Repeated breaches of these Conditions of Use may cause the SPHGPC to complain to the Internet Service Provider of the person responsible, suspend or revoke their membership, and in very serious cases, initiate legal action.
Flystanwell.com may refuse login names considered inappropriate. Grounds for refusal may include:

Repeated breaches of these Conditions of Use may cause flystanwell.com to lock and/or delete member login privileges.
When you submit an event you must include a contact point such as an email address or a phone number that will be published with the event details. This is to provide the public with a source of further information and flystanwell.com with a way of confirming listing details. Events submitted without a genuine contact email address or phone number will not be published.
Flystanwell.com reserves the right to publish or delete items in event diaries at its sole discretion.
ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
When you visit Flystanwell.com or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
PRIVACY AND YOUR ACCOUNT
Membership Registration
In order to access certain services offered at flystanwell.com, you need to become a member of SPHGPC which involves providing some personal information, including biographical information. This information is stored on the flystanwell.com web-site and is available for you to review or update as part of your member profile. Certain parts of this information will normally be made available to other members of SPHGPC; e.g. your name, the suburb and state where you live and your qualifications as a pilot. You may decide whether to make other personal information available to other SPHGPC members at some point in the future.
We may use the information that you provide to inform you of events, to update you on new developments at SPHGPC or to send you reminders about your subscription status. If you don't want to receive such emails, you can opt out by emailing webmaster@flystanwell.com or following the instructions on the SPHGPC web site.
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. SPHGPC reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content in their sole discretion.
